Rental policies

Our rental policies

Fly Glendale rentals are governed by practical policies that protect you and our aircraft. Key items include minimum rental times, cancellation notice, fuel charges, cross‑country approvals, overnight requirements, passenger limits, and returning aircraft clean and on time.

Summary of rental policies

• A one‑hour minimum applies to each rental.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation.
• Aircraft are rented “wet” (fuel included). Top off the tanks after your flight for local use.
• Cross‑country and overnight trips require prior approval and may carry minimum daily hour requirements.
• Renter’s Insurance Policy with $30,000 airplane coverage.
• Flights to Sedona are prohibited.
• Only approved renters and their passengers may be on board; no instruction is permitted without a Fly Glendale instructor.
• Return aircraft on time, clean, and report any discrepancies immediately.
